Location: Coimbatore(with frequent travel across India - Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities)

Experience & Qualification:5+ years of experience in SaaS / Software / IT product sales. Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).

Job Description

  • Independently drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets with strong ownership and execution
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Travel across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to expand market presence and generate new business
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide market feedback to improve offerings
  • Identify new opportunities through networking, events, and direct outreach
  • Stay updated with SaaS trends, No-Code/Low-Code platforms, and industry-specific solutions in Healthcare and Construction.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Proven track record of closing deals with strong negotiation and revenue achievement skills.
  • Execution & Ownership: High accountability in managing pipeline, follow-ups, and closures with a strong execution mindset and minimal supervision.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships, driving repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Networking & Market Expansion: Strong networking skills to generate leads through events, referrals, and outreach, with experience expanding business across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
